CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING

Placeholder policy — update deposit amounts, cutoff windows, and refund percentages once finalized.

Reservations may be cancelled by contacting RC Rally Hub through phone, email, or Facebook Messenger at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time to be eligible for a full refund of any deposit paid.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time may forfeit part or all of the deposit, at management’s discretion.

No-shows (failing to arrive within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time without prior notice) are treated as cancellations and are not eligible for a refund.

Event and tournament registrations follow the specific cancellation terms listed on each event’s detail page, which may differ from standard court-rental cancellations.

Need to change your date or time instead of cancelling? Reach out at least 12 hours before your scheduled session and we’ll do our best to move your reservation to another available slot, subject to court availability.

Rescheduled bookings retain their original deposit — no additional payment is required unless the new slot falls under a different rate (for example, moving from an off-peak to a peak-hour slot).

Reservations may be rescheduled up to two times per original booking. Additional changes will be treated as a new reservation.

• Non-marking, court-appropriate footwear is required on the playing surface.
• Children are welcome and must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times, especially near the playing area.
• Outside food is subject to venue discretion given our location inside Garahe by Chef Rods Restaurant.
• Please keep noise considerate of neighboring residences, particularly during late-night sessions.
• RC Rally Hub is not responsible for lost or damaged personal belongings.
• Smoking and alcohol policies follow those of Garahe by Chef Rods Restaurant (placeholder — confirm official policy).
