Booking Rules & Policies
- Minimum booking duration is 1 hour.
- Bookings can be made for any hourly slot between 6:00 AM and 3:00 AM the following day — including slots that cross midnight (e.g. 11:00 PM–12:00 AM, 1:00 AM–2:00 AM).
- A reservation is only Confirmed after RC Rally Hub staff verify and confirm your requested slot — online submissions start as Pending Confirmation.
- Overtime beyond your reserved end time is billed in 30-minute increments at the applicable hourly rate, subject to court availability.
- Full payment or deposit details will be confirmed with you directly by our team (placeholder — update with official payment terms).
- Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled start time to allow time for check-in.

Late Arrivals
